After meeting with Nancy numerous times during my recent career transition, I realized that she uses career transitioning sessions as a prism for her to understand her clients’ backgrounds, personalities, goals and passions. Through her highly focused methods — which, indeed, require an intimate, honest and open discussion and thinking — Nancy makes becoming reflective an enjoyable task. Together, Nancy and I disassembled my previous experiences into individual case studies, and by honing in on a number of highly-specific performance stories, we reassembled my career outlook. No project has ever helped me feel more confident in my professional outlook because every conversation and/or assignment is diligently thought out to set you up for success. In fact, while some exercises are set up to help, say, interview prep, the very same exercises will shed light on résumé building skills. There is no doubt you feel more fully rounded at the completion of your sessions with Nancy. It’s no wonder why Nancy states early on during your initial meeting that “everything is about you.” I highly recommend Nancy for her tremendous work and also for her great character.
