Jake Weiss

I was referred to Nancy by my college counselor after graduating in 2023 and beginning my career in Marketing as a Media Planner in NYC. I decided to stick with my job, thinking that it would become the right fit for me over time. Then nearly two years later at the beginning of 2025 after starting a new job in Miami, I realized that I needed a change in my life and finally reached out to Nancy to begin my Career Leverage Journey.

Through a variety of exercises using the “Now What” career coaching program, Nancy helped me discover things about myself, both personal and career-wise, that helped me reshape my understanding of what I want in life, how to break habits that have held me back, and strategies to help me feel driven and successful no matter the industry.

With Nancy’s guidance and insight, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate Development. After completing targeted research and networking meetings, I applied to the University of Miami’s Masters in Real Estate Development & Urbanism. Nancy continued to show her excitement and support while coaching me for discussions with the admissions officer and faculty members, preparing my application and even connecting me with a member of the board.

I’m excited to share that I’ve been accepted and can’t wait to start my new chapter.

Without Nancy’s help, I truly don’t know where I would be in my career. I will be forever thankful for all the help she has given me over the last year and am eager to continue to work with Nancy in the future!
