Nancy helped me better understand myself as a professional, bringing my whole self into the equation. She first captured which strengths best defined my value add as an employee, then guided me to convert those strengths into a more cohesive vision for the next steps in my career. She was observant and challenged me to think differently during our exploratory career management coaching work together. This process resulted in identifying a new career path within my current organization and an internal job offer which I accepted. My new management role will advance my career goals and contributions within my company. I’ve obtained a heightened level of confidence in how I’m approaching my professional development as a manager of a new area and leader moving forward.
